My Peace ID user IDs are usually your first name and last name without spaces (ie JoeSmith). If you have difficulties logging in to My Peace ID, please read the FAQ or email info@peacebaptistchurch.org for additional assistance. If you've never registered to use My Peace ID, please follow the registration instructions listed on the right side of this page.

My Peace ID is an online information system that allows the Peace family and friends to register for events, check out volunteer service opportunities, update contact information, and even review contribution records.

My Peace ID provides significant new capability to manage events and information. With proper security rights, leaders can now add events to the calendar and once approved the calendar will be updated instantaneously. Also, leaders can view their roster of members in their small groups, ministries, and classes and contact the members via email with just a couple of clicks.

Leaders who would like to be trained on My Peace ID and receive security rights to add calendar events can attend one of the training events in September on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. in Room 206.

An Introduction to My Peace ID


My Peace ID can assist Peace attenders and leaders in a variety of ways. My Peace ID has many features that will help us in ministry. Some of those features are not fully implemented at this time.

Peace attenders can:

  • sign up for events and pay on-line (coming soon)
  • sign up for volunteer opportunities
  • search for small groups
  • view your profile and submit changes to it (phone, email, address, etc.)
  • view your PLACE and make changes (under development with the Plug In Ministry)
  • view your classes and activities and small groups
  • view your contributions

Lay Leaders can also:

  • view directories
  • manage classes and activities of which they are a leader
  • manage small groups of which they are a leader (coming soon)
  • easily send emails to the members of classes and activities
  • create change requests for others, including adding families
  • create volunteer needs
  • post attendance for their classes
  • do PLACE matching

Staff users can also:

  • search classes and activities
  • set up event registrations
  • view statistics
  • modify small groups
  • modify volunteer ministry
  • modify PLACE attributes for others

My Peace ID Frequently Asked Questions

I can't login to My Peace ID
Make sure you are on a My Peace ID page similar to the one on the right. My Peace ID is our church database system and is used for event registration, online giving, and other functions. You can go directly to My Peace ID now by clicking here (this will open My Peace ID in a new window.)

I tried "New User Login" and got the error "We were unable to locate a record matching the information you provided"
This happens when you request a new userid and My Peace ID is not able to match your personal information to the information in the database. This can happen when you use an informal name (ie Bob) instead of a formal name (ie Robert), for example. If you are unable to resolve the issue, send an email to tbarnette@peacebaptistchurch.org with your full name, address and email address and someone will get back to you within 72 hours.

I forgot my password
Click on "Forgot your password?" on the login screen under the password field and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Note: This email will be sent to the email address we have on file. If your email address has changed recently, you should let us know at info@peacebaptistchurch.org so that we can update your record.

My userid won't work
Make sure you are using a My Peace ID ID (firstname and lastname) and not an older web site userid (usually first initial and lastname). Unfortunately, there is no way for us to synchronize these at this time. For most people, you will only need a My Peace ID ID.
If you can't remember your userid, just click on "user name" where it says "Forgot your password or user name?" on the logon screen. This will take you to a screen where you can enter your email address and have your userid sent to you.

I don't know my userid

My Peace ID userids are generally in the form of first_name combined with last_name. For example, John Doe becomes JohnDoe.

I don't have a My Peace ID userid
When registering for an event, you have the option of completing the left side of the login process, entitled "Create a Login." A new userid will be created and you will be taken directly to the registration screen for the event you've chosen.

I just registered as a new My Peace ID user and it won't take my new password
Your new password was sent to you in an email. Because your first password is computer generated, it can sometimes contain unusual characters. Many people have found it useful to just select the password in the registration email you received and copy and paste it into the login screen. Once you login the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. Set it to something that will be easy to remember.

Can I pay for an event online?
It depends on the event, but generally yes. Both credit card and electronic check payments are available via My Peace ID.

On the registration screen, the rest of my family isn't listed.
This can happen if My Peace ID wasn't able to match your name and email address with your record in our database (all three must match exactly).  If you are registering for an event immediately, you can continue, but each family member will need to complete the entire registration process. To have the My Peace ID userid connected with the entire family, send an email to info@peacebaptistchurch.org with your full name, address and email address.

How do I cancel my registration if my plans change?
If you registered for an event and your plans have changed, just log in to My Peace ID. On your main dashboard is a box for upcoming events. You can select "cancel" from there to cancel your registration for any event.
If you paid online for the event, a credit will automatically be issued.

What if I forgot what events I signed up for?
When you login to My Peace ID, any events you are currently registered for will be shown on your dashboard page.

To register for your My Peace ID:

  • Click on the My Peace ID logo to open My Peace ID in a new window.
  • On the My Peace ID login page, enter your first and last names and your current primary email address under New User Login Header.
  • You will receive a login ID and password via email.
  • If the system is unable to locate a record matching the information you provided, email info@peacebaptistchurch.org with your first and last names and current primary email address.
