The vision of Peace Baptist Church is to disciple the church to meet needs wherever they may be found and we seek qualified individuals who will assist us in fulfilling our God-given purpose. Each employee, while employed, is hired to make significant contributions to the ministries and purpose of the church. 

In hiring the most qualified candidates for positions, the following hiring process is applicable:

Job Posting –

It is not the policy of Peace Baptist Church to post an open position in a media form outside of the church. However, the Human Resources office accepts applications or resumes at any time for consideration of new or recently open positions.

Recruitment Advertising –

When a position becomes open at Peace, the Human Resources Office will first review all existing resumes. If enough options are available from this pool of candidates, no further recruitment is necessary.

If the hiring supervisor/manager decides that the pool of candidates does not provide the skills needed, Human Resources will pursue alternate avenues of recruitment which may include staff recommendations, requesting an ad be placed in the monthly bulletin or on the website.
